“Coconut Ladoo – A sweet offering for Maa Durga.”
🌸 Coconut Ladoo Recipe
Ingredients:

2 cups grated fresh coconut (or desiccated coconut)

1 cup condensed milk (sweetened)

2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)

½ teaspoon cardamom powder

2 tablespoons chopped dry fruits (optional – almonds, cashews, pistachios)

Extra desiccated coconut for rolling
Method:
Heat a pan on medium flame and add ghee.

Add grated coconut and roast lightly for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in the condensed milk and mix well.

Cook on low flame, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the Add cardamom powder and mix.

Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool slightly.

Grease your hands with a little ghee, take small portions, and shape into round ladoos.

Roll each ladoo in extra desiccated coconut for a nice coating.

Garnish with chopped dry fruits (optional).

Serve fresh or store in an airtight container for 4–5 days.
