NAVRATRA SPECIAL 9 RECIPE ( Coconut Ladoo )

        “Coconut Ladoo – A sweet offering for Maa Durga.”

                                



🌸 Coconut Ladoo Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups grated fresh coconut (or desiccated coconut)

  • 1 cup condensed milk (sweetened)

  • 2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)

  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder

  • 2 tablespoons chopped dry fruits (optional – almonds, cashews, pistachios)

  • Extra desiccated coconut for rolling


Method:

Heat a pan on medium flame and add ghee.

  1. Add grated coconut and roast lightly for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.

  2. Pour in the condensed milk and mix well.

  3. Cook on low flame, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the Add cardamom powder and mix.

  4. Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool slightly.

  5. Grease your hands with a little ghee, take small portions, and shape into round ladoos.

  6. Roll each ladoo in extra desiccated coconut for a nice coating.

  7. Garnish with chopped dry fruits (optional).

Sama Rice Kheer Recipe:

English:

Sama Rice (Barnyard Millet) – ½ cup
Milk – 4 cups (full cream)
Sugar – ½ cup (as per taste)
Ghee – 1 tsp
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Almonds – 7–8 (sliced)
 Cashews – 6–7 (chopped)

NAVRATRA SPECIAL 7 RECIPE ( Sama Ke Chawal Pulao Recipe )

            "Rice-less but Nice-less? Not with Sama Ke Chawal Pulao!" 


Sama Ke Chawal Pulao Recipe (Hinglish)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Sama ke Chawal (Barnyard Millet)

  • 2 medium Aloo (potatoes), diced

  • 1 medium Tomato, chopped

  • 1 Hari Mirch (green chilli), chopped

  • 1 tsp Jeera (cumin seeds)

  • 1 tsp Sendha Namak (rock salt) – as per taste

  • 1 tbsp Ghee ya Oil

  • 2 cup Pani (water)

  • Thoda sa Hara Dhaniya (fresh coriander) for garnish


Method / Vidhi:

  1. Wash karo Sama ke chawal ko 2–3 times aur 10 min ke liye bhigo do.

  2. Ek kadhai ya cooker mein ghee garam karo, phir jeera daal ke tadka do.

  3. Ab isme hari mirch aur aloo daal kar halka golden hone tak bhuno.

  4. Phir tomato daalo aur 2–3 min tak pakao jab tak soft na ho jaye.

  5. Ab soaked sama ke chawal daal kar achhi tarah mix karo.

  6. 2 cup pani aur sendha namak daal kar lid cover karke medium flame par 8–10 min tak paka lo.

  7. Jab chawal soft ho jaye aur pani absorb ho jaye to gas band kar do.

  8. Fresh dhaniya se garnish karo aur garma-garam serve karo dahi ya raita ke saath.

⭐ Aloo Chaat Recipe (Hinglish)


Ingredients (Samagri):
  • 3 medium size aloo (boiled & peeled)

  • 1 medium size pyaaz (finely chopped)

  • 1 tomato (finely chopped)

  • 2 green chillies (finely chopped)

  • Fresh dhaniya (coriander leaves, chopped)

  • 1 tsp roasted jeera powder

  • ½ tsp red chilli powder

  • ½ tsp chaat masala

  • ½ tsp kala namak (black salt)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Salt (as per taste)

  • Sev or papdi (optional for garnish)


Method (Banane ki Vidhi):

  1. Sabse pehle aloo ko chhote cubes mein cut kar lo.

  2. Ek bowl mein aloo daalo aur usme pyaaz, tomato aur hari mirch mix karo.

  3. Ab isme jeera powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, kala namak aur normal namak daalo.

  4. Achhi tarah mix kar do taaki masala evenly coat ho jaye.

  5. Thoda sa lemon juice squeeze karo aur fresh dhaniya daal kar mix karo.

  6. Garnish with sev or papdi (optional) for extra crunch.


Serve karne ka tareeka:

NAVRATRA SPECIAL 5 RECIPE ( Paneer Tikka Recipe )

        “Celebrate Navratri with flavors divine – Paneer Tikka that’s truly special!”



🌟 Paneer Tikka Recipe (English)

Ingredients:

  • 250 g paneer (cottage cheese), cut into cubes

  • 1 cup thick curd (yogurt)

  • 1 tbsp gram flour (besan)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 onion, 1 capsicum, 1 tomato (cut into cubes)

  • Skewers

Method:

  1. In a bowl, whisk curd with besan, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and all spices.

  2. Add paneer cubes, onion, capsicum, and tomato pieces. Mix well so everything is coated.

  3. Cover and marinate for 1–2 hours (in fridge for best results).

  4. Thread paneer and veggies on skewers.

  5. Grill in oven/air fryer or cook on tawa until golden and slightly charred, brushing with oil in between.

  6. Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.

बनाने की विधि:

  1. एक बाउल में दही, बेसन, नींबू का रस, अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट और सभी मसाले डालकर अच्छी तरह फेंट लें।

  2. इसमें पनीर, प्याज, शिमला मिर्च और टमाटर के टुकड़े डालें और अच्छे से मिलाएँ।

  3. ढककर 1–2 घंटे के लिए फ्रिज में मेरिनेट करें।

  4. मेरिनेटेड पनीर और सब्ज़ियों को सीख पर लगाएँ।

  5. ओवन/एयर फ्रायर में ग्रिल करें या तवे पर सेंक लें, बीच-बीच में तेल लगाते रहें।

  6. गरमा-गरम हरी चटनी और नींबू के टुकड़ों के साथ परोसें।

🌿 Kuttu ka Dosa / Chilla Recipe

Ingredients (Samagri):

  • 1 cup Kuttu ka atta (buckwheat flour)

  • 1 medium boiled aloo (potato), grated

  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp ginger (adrak), grated

  • Sendha namak (rock salt) – as per taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves (hara dhaniya), chopped

  • Water – as required

  • Ghee or oil – for cooking


Method (Banane ki Vidhi):

  1. Ek mixing bowl mein kuttu ka atta, grated aloo, green chilli, ginger aur coriander leaves daal do.

  2. Thoda-thoda pani add karo aur ek smooth batter bana lo. Batter na zyada patla ho aur na hi zyada thick.

  3. Ab tawa ya non-stick pan garam karo, thoda ghee/oil lagao.

  4. Batter ko ek ladle se daalo aur halka patla spread karo jaise dosa ya chilla banate hain.

  5. Dono taraf se golden brown hone tak sekh lo.

NAVRATRA SPECIAL 3 RECIPE ( < SABUDANA KHEER > )

              🥣Sabudana Kheer Recipe (ENGLISH)
 

  

Ø Ingredients:

  • ½ cup sabudana (sago/tapioca pearls)
  • 4 cups full cream milk
  • ¼ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 3–4 cardamom pods (crushed)
  • 7–8 cashews (chopped)
  • 7–8 almonds (chopped)
  • 8–10 raisins
  • A few strands of saffron (optional)

Ø Instructions:

  1. Wash sabudana thoroughly and soak it in water for about 2–3 hours. Drain the excess water.
  2. Boil milk in a heavy-bottomed pan.
  3. Add soaked sabudana to the boiling milk and cook on low flame. Stir continuously to avoid sticking.
  4. When sabudana becomes transparent and soft, add sugar and mix well.
  5. Add cardamom powder, saffron strands, cashews, almonds, and raisins.
  6. Cook for 4–5 minutes till the kheer thickens.
  7. Serve warm or chilled.

Ø सामग्री:

  • ½ कप साबूदाना
  • 4 कप फुल क्रीम दूध
  • ¼ कप चीनी (स्वाद अनुसार)
  • 3–4 इलायची (कुटी हुई)
  • 7–8 काजू (कटा हुआ)
  • 7–8 बादाम (कटा हुआ)
  • 8–10 किशमिश
  • थोड़ी सी केसर (वैकल्पिक)

Ø बनाने की विधि:

  1. साबूदाना अच्छी तरह धोकर 2–3 घंटे के लिए पानी में भिगो दें। अतिरिक्त पानी निकाल दें।
  2. एक भारी तले वाले बर्तन में दूध उबालें।
  3. उबलते दूध में भिगोया हुआ साबूदाना डालें और धीमी आंच पर पकाएँ। लगातार चलाते रहें ताकि तले में लगे।
  4. जब साबूदाना पारदर्शी और नरम हो जाए, तब उसमें चीनी डालकर अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ।
  5. अब इलायची पाउडर, केसर, काजू, बादाम और किशमिश डालें।
  6. 4–5 मिनट तक पकाएँ जब तक खीर गाढ़ी हो जाए।
  7. गरम या ठंडी सर्व करें।

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium-sized cucumbers (peeled & chopped)

  • ½ cup roasted peanuts (coarsely crushed)

  • 2 green chilies (finely chopped)

  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Sendha namak (rock salt) – as per taste

Preparation Method:

  1. Wash and peel the cucumbers, then chop them into small pieces.

  2. In a bowl, add chopped cucumber, roasted peanuts, and green chilies.

  3. Sprinkle rock salt and mix well.

  4. Add fresh coriander leaves and lemon juice.

  5. Toss everything nicely and serve fresh.

👉 Healthy Tip: This salad is refreshing, light, and perfect for Navratra fasting.

सामग्री:

  • 2 मध्यम आकार के खीरे (छिले और कटे हुए)

NAVRATRA SPECIAL 1 RECIPE ( Sabudana Vada Recipe )

🥔 Sabudana Vada Recipe (English)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls), soaked for 5–6 hours
  • 2 medium boiled potatoes, mashed
  • ½ cup roasted peanuts, coarsely crushed
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
  • Rock salt (sendha namak) – as per taste
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • Oil – for deep frying

Method:

  1. Wash and soak sabudana in water for 5–6 hours or overnight until soft.
  2. Drain excess water and keep aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, crushed peanuts, green chilies, ginger, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, and rock salt.
  4. Mix well to form a dough-like mixture.
  5. Divide into equal portions and shape into round flat patties.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan.
  7. Fry the vadas on medium flame until golden and crisp.
  8. Serve hot with green chutney or curd.
