Sama Ke Chawal Pulao Recipe (Hinglish)
Ingredients:

1 cup Sama ke Chawal (Barnyard Millet)

2 medium Aloo (potatoes), diced
-
1 medium Tomato, chopped
-
1 Hari Mirch (green chilli), chopped
-
1 tsp Jeera (cumin seeds)
-
1 tsp Sendha Namak (rock salt) – as per taste
-
1 tbsp Ghee ya Oil
-
2 cup Pani (water)
-
Thoda sa Hara Dhaniya (fresh coriander) for garnish
Method / Vidhi:
-
Wash karo Sama ke chawal ko 2–3 times aur 10 min ke liye bhigo do.

Ek kadhai ya cooker mein ghee garam karo, phir jeera daal ke tadka do.

Ab isme hari mirch aur aloo daal kar halka golden hone tak bhuno.

Phir tomato daalo aur 2–3 min tak pakao jab tak soft na ho jaye.
-
Ab soaked sama ke chawal daal kar achhi tarah mix karo.

2 cup pani aur sendha namak daal kar lid cover karke medium flame par 8–10 min tak paka lo.

Jab chawal soft ho jaye aur pani absorb ho jaye to gas band kar do.

Fresh dhaniya se garnish karo aur garma-garam serve karo dahi ya raita ke saath.
