🌿 Kuttu ka Dosa / Chilla Recipe
Ingredients (Samagri):

1 cup Kuttu ka atta (buckwheat flour)

1 medium boiled aloo (potato), grated

2 green chillies, finely chopped

1 tsp ginger (adrak), grated

Sendha namak (rock salt) – as per taste

Fresh coriander leaves (hara dhaniya), chopped
-
Water – as required
-
Ghee or oil – for cooking
Method (Banane ki Vidhi):

Ek mixing bowl mein kuttu ka atta, grated aloo, green chilli, ginger aur coriander leaves daal do.

Thoda-thoda pani add karo aur ek smooth batter bana lo. Batter na zyada patla ho aur na hi zyada thick.

Ab tawa ya non-stick pan garam karo, thoda ghee/oil lagao.

Batter ko ek ladle se daalo aur halka patla spread karo jaise dosa ya chilla banate hain.

Dono taraf se golden brown hone tak sekh lo.

Garma garam serve karo chutney ya dahi ke saath
