⭐ Aloo Chaat Recipe (Hinglish)

3 medium size aloo (boiled & peeled)

1 medium size pyaaz (finely chopped)

1 tomato (finely chopped)
-
2 green chillies (finely chopped)
-
Fresh dhaniya (coriander leaves, chopped)
-
1 tsp roasted jeera powder
-
½ tsp red chilli powder
-
½ tsp chaat masala
-
½ tsp kala namak (black salt)
-
1 tsp lemon juice
-
Salt (as per taste)
-
Sev or papdi (optional for garnish)
Method (Banane ki Vidhi):

Sabse pehle aloo ko chhote cubes mein cut kar lo.

Ek bowl mein aloo daalo aur usme pyaaz, tomato aur hari mirch mix karo.

Ab isme jeera powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, kala namak aur normal namak daalo.

Achhi tarah mix kar do taaki masala evenly coat ho jaye.

Thoda sa lemon juice squeeze karo aur fresh dhaniya daal kar mix karo.

Garnish with sev or papdi (optional) for extra crunch.
Serve karne ka tareeka:
Isse turant serve karo, taaki aloo soft na ho jaye aur chatpata taste bana rahee
