HEALTHY AMLA DRINK

🍹 Gooseberry (Amla) Juice – Refreshing & Healthy Drink

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 4–5 fresh gooseberries (amla), deseeded

  • 2 tablespoons honey or jaggery (adjust to taste)

  • ½ teaspoon black salt

  • ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder

  • 1 cup chilled water

  • Few ice cubes (optional)

  • Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Wash the gooseberries thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.

  2. Blend the gooseberry pieces with ½ cup water until smooth.

  3. Strain the mixture using a fine sieve to remove pulp.

  4. Add honey/jaggery, black salt, roasted cumin powder, and the remaining chilled water. Mix well.

  5. Pour into serving glasses, add ice cubes if desired, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

🍋 Lemon Water – Classic Cooling Drink

Prep Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh lemons

  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional)

  • ½ teaspoon black salt

  • 2 cups chilled water

  • Ice cubes

  • Mint leaves or lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Squeeze the juice of the lemons into a bowl.

  2. Add sugar/honey, black salt, and mix until dissolved.

  3. Pour in chilled water and stir well.

  4. Serve in glasses with ice cubes.

  5. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
