🍹 Gooseberry (Amla) Juice – Refreshing & Healthy Drink

Ingredients:

4–5 fresh gooseberries (amla), deseeded

2 tablespoons honey or jaggery (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon black salt

½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder

1 cup chilled water

Few ice cubes (optional)

Mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:

Wash the gooseberries thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.

Blend the gooseberry pieces with ½ cup water until smooth.

Strain the mixture using a fine sieve to remove pulp.

Add honey/jaggery, black salt, roasted cumin powder, and the remaining chilled water. Mix well.

Pour into serving glasses, add ice cubes if desired, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional)

2 cups chilled water

Ice cubes

Mint leaves or lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions:

Squeeze the juice of the lemons into a bowl.

Add sugar/honey, black salt, and mix until dissolved.
